You accept that outcomes may vary and may be influenced by third parties, government bodies, service providers and individual circumstances.

For consultancy, tailored support and bespoke relocation services:

- payment terms will be agreed in advance
- booked sessions or services may be non-refundable once commenced
- cancellations may require reasonable notice, typically 24 to 48 hours
- missed appointments may be forfeited without refund
- bespoke or corporate services may be subject to separate written agreements, proposals or service terms

Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will take precedence over these website terms.
